<title>A Guide To Item Upgrade From Beginning To End</title>
      <link>//kneelocket1.bravejournal.net/a-guide-to-item-upgrade-from-beginning-to-end</link>
<description>&lt;![CDATA[World of Warcraft Upgrades Upgrades are components which can be added to equipment in order to give it different bonus effects. Upgrades can range from stat boosts and an increased proc probability of amazing equip effects to stat boosts. The upgrade system for items is a bit different than what you may be familiar with in other MMORPGs. This guide will explain the basics of how it functions and some tricks and tips. Rerolling A player can upgrade items like weapons, armor and trinkets beyond level 9 by visiting an upgrader NPC. These NPCs can be located by searching the map or talking to a vendor. When you upgrade an item, it becomes stronger and gains new benefits. It may take a long time to gather the materials needed to upgrade an item, but the rewards are worth it. To upgrade your gear you&#39;ll need a certain amount of Power Dices and Minerals. Power Dices are dropped by monsters in level 21+ zones and can be obtained through the scavenging system, or purchased from the NPCs that upgrade items. Minerals and Erons can be gathered through crafting, or bought from the NPCs who upgrade items. The upgrade process will also remove any previous upgrades. However, the resultant items can still be used. A player can roll upgrade items after they have reached a certain number of them to obtain different bonus stats. This isn&#39;t a 100% guaranteed process, but it does reduce the risk of spending money or resources on an unsatisfactory set of upgrades. The reroll process is performed by the item upgrader NPC in Central Flarine. The upgrade pity system, introduced in conjunction with the 2.6.0 gear rework, lowers the extreme variance of upgrading luck. This means that players will have a higher likelihood of receiving the desired item of evolution when spinning a Pokestop or Gym. Rerolling an upgrade is done by interfacing with the upgraded item, and pressing the green button using circling arrows. Rerolling is only available to upgrades that are not currently possessed by any unit, however it is not applicable to the original item from which the upgrade was made. Rerolling the same item could give a player an upgrade discount price. Rerolling an upgrade from Tier 4 to Tier 5 will reduce the cost of upgrading other Tier 4 upgrades to Level 5. Additionally that rerolling an upgrade a non-weapon to a weapon will reduce the price of rerolling other items into weapons on the upgrade track by half. Sets A set is a group of items that are distinct from each other. Sets can be combined by a variety of methods. These include intersection, union and symmetric differences. Each method has its advantages and disadvantages. The union method combines two sets, eliminating duplicate elements. It can also be used with other collections, such as lists or tuples. The intersection method compares two sets, and retains only the items that are shared by both. It can be combined with other operators, such as the operator and. A tuple, or list, is a kind of collection that permits duplicate values. Sets differ from other collections because they cannot have duplicate members. They are used to represent data lists. The use of a set to represent a list could save a lot of space, especially when working with large datasets. Sets are simple to program, and they permit you to perform complex maths using Python. You can gain additional stats when you upgrade the equipment you have in the event that you have all pieces at level 10. This is the most effective way to increase the stats of your equipment. However, you will need to spend some time upgrading the equipment to be able to do this. The most commonly used method of representing a set of elements is with the roster notation. In this format the elements are enclosed within curly brackets and separated by commas. This format can be applied to any type of list. The order in which items are placed in a list does not matter. You can create a set using the set() constructor. This constructor can take any type of data including lists or dictionaries, tuples or tuples. However, you should remember that sets are ordered and non-recursive. Therefore you should use curly braces only to create the set with values. Another feature of sets is that they can be changed. This means that you cannot change their contents once they are created. This property makes them very useful for data analysis and filtering. It is also possible to create an empty set. Leveling The upgrade system for items allows players to increase the level of equipped weapons, armor, and trinkets. The process involves spending currency to upgrade an item NPC to increase the level of equipment. The performance of an upgraded weapon or piece of equipment or other item can be enhanced by increasing its level. The cost of leveling an item is based on the type of upgrader being used and the current level of the item. It costs more to upgrade weapons than trinkets, for example. The player also needs the necessary materials to complete an upgrade, which can be obtained in a variety of ways. The player can buy the upgrades components from item upgrade vendors using Aeos Tickets, or as rewards in-game challenges and events. Certain upgrades will only be available to players who have reached a certain level. Some upgrades may have special effects that only become available once you have reached a certain milestone. A player must have a level of 515 or higher to upgrade weapons. Transferring gear is an excellent way to speed up the process of upgrading. It lets you switch between items of the same quality. This is particularly useful when players encounter better gear while grinding or from completing island quests and can transfer the upgrade to the new piece of equipment. Players can also transfer an upgrade component from one piece to another. This will take away the current level of the item and make it upgrade to the new level of the component. However, doing this can cause the upgrade to be destroyed and take away its bonus benefits unless the player owns an advanced salvage kit or Black Lion Salvage Kit to recuperate the upgrade component. The user also needs to be at a certain point in order to benefit from the upgrade. However, if the player wants to keep the old item but upgrade it to the level of the upgrade, they can simply replace it by consuming the Harmony Shard and re-acquiring it. Buying The process of purchasing an upgrade for an item or, more commonly &#34;upping&#34; is the process of adding a level to any gear that can be equipped. This includes armor and weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools with an upgrade slot. This is accomplished by spending the appropriate currency at an upgrader NPC. Upgrade components can be inserted into these items to provide an attribute bonus and additional effects when using the equipment. Upgrades that are slotted in can be replaced, but they cannot be removed unless the item is destroyed or salvaged with the Black Lion Salvage Kit or higher-end item recovery tools. Glyphs that are placed in gathering tools can be replaced and removed at any time. A player can purchase up to six upgrade components at once by recycling other gear. Recycled items give a certain number of levels to the gauge for upgrading an item and will increase as the gear is valued more.]]&gt;</description>

<description>&lt;![CDATA[World of Warcraft Item Upgrades The item upgrade feature lets players upgrade their existing equipment. This can be accomplished by any upgrader for items NPC. Upgrades can boost the stats of an item and add additional features based on the type of item. Examples include Whistan&#39;s shield for FB sorcs, or Goldwrap for casting builds. Armour Armour is among the main factors that keep Link protected from injury in the majority of situations. Although it isn&#39;t upgraded like weapons, you can still improve its defence capabilities in a variety of ways. The fundamental idea behind armour is to shield a person or animal from physical injury or harm in the form of direct physical attack or from various dangers posed by the environment and activities. Historically, most armour was made from leather or fabric, but metal protections were also employed, especially for military applications like heavy cavalry or combat drones. There are a variety of ways to upgrade armour, however the majority require you to visit one of the four Great Fairy Fountains scattered throughout Hyrule. Each fountain has a distinct degree of improvement and higher levels of protection that require more rupees and materials. The first thing you need to know about Armor Upgrades is they are permanent upgrades which means that once they&#39;ve been installed, they cannot be replaced unless you have another piece of equipment with the same upgrade. You should only apply most powerful upgrades to your equipment, and ensure that you have the equipment required to complete them. You can find the upgrades you require in a variety places throughout Hyrule. These include shrines, merchants, and even enemies. They&#39;ll usually be identified with an gold circle or blue triangle, and are available in large numbers as you move through the game. They may appear randomly however there is a chance that obtaining certain upgrades will trigger a quest that will reward you with more. It is also important to note that even though the amount of protection provided by each upgrade varies however, it&#39;s the same for all upgrades and will always be better than nothing. This is because a complete set of upgraded armour will give you a significant defense boost that will protect you from all forms of attacks, excluding magic which makes it a very effective tool for any class. Weapons You can upgrade your guns by using special upgrades to make them unique. They can boost damage, alter the weapon&#39;s stats to cater to your specific build or even unlock new attachments, such as unique ammo types, enchantments, and aesthetic options. To upgrade a weapon, you&#39;ll need an upgrade component in place as well as the item itself. The weapon has to be at or near a certain level to upgrade it. Most weapons only take one upgrade. Weapon upgrade components are available scattered throughout the world, from enemies or from merchants. Upgrade components are a mixture of components that you can incorporate into armors, weapons, trinkets and gathering tools to earn an attribute bonus. The equipment must be at a certain level before it can accept the upgrade. It is able to be upgraded in the same way as other items. The upgrades themselves are a mix of Smithing Stones and Runes, and are used to improve the stats of a base weapon and enhancing its scale with other stats. They can be obtained from enemies who drop them in the open world, bought from a few merchants or through drops during combat. Two NPCs can upgrade your weapon: Blacksmith Hewg, in the Roundtable Hold hub zone and the Smithing Master Iji, in the Road to Manor hub zone. Both of these NPCs accept your Smithing Stones or Runes to upgrade your weapon. Prioritize upgrading your top-in-slot items first. Then upgrade the ones you&#39;re not likely to replace in the near future. Upgrade your weapon first, and then upgrade your shoulders, chest, hands, and feet if you plan to play an asymmetrical build. item upgrades apply to Magic and Utility Items, with the caveat that certain procs may be better than others, based on your style of play. Armour is no different, with some refining better than others. Magic Items A character can only upgrade one magic item. If an upgrade plan has been canceled, no further upgrades will be made for the item. Upgraded magic items cost twice as much gold to create or purchase, but they can offer additional benefits. A magical item is any item with special properties or effects. Most of these items are weapons, but some include armor, shields, cloaks, potions, rings, scrolls and other objects. Certain of these items can be made to speak. Most magic items can be upgraded to become enhanced with new abilities. This makes them more useful for a player, or it could help them conquer an especially difficult challenge. A weapon that is infused can provide an additional amount of damage to a specific enemy type, for example. This is especially useful for characters that have reached a stage at which they are likely to encounter the same type of monster in dungeons repeatedly. A ring that is infused with magic might grant immunity to nonmagical attacks that bludgeon, pierce, or slash (excluding silvered attacks) until the character gets another long rest. This is especially useful for melee martial characters or anyone who wants to avoid buying an armor. Certain objects with enchanted properties have special powers that allow the character to cast spells that are not in their list of classes. This is useful for those who are having trouble filling their spell slots because of multiclassing. These magical objects require an Intelligence check (Arcana) and the spell is determined by rolling a table that is based on the amount of Intelligence point expended. Other objects that are enchanted can allow the player&#39;s appearance to be altered, or they could even create a brand new one. These can be particularly useful for those who have to leave their home, or are in a situation where they might not be welcomed. A magical item can provide them with invisibility or make them invisible for everyone, except for the chosen person. Utility Items Utility items are products that don&#39;t fall into the categories of clothing, armor or Weapons and offer various capabilities. The Flashlight is the most common utilitarian item. It lights up the area around it. Other options include the Helicopter Hat and Rocket Boots, which allow the player to float in the air while moving, and the Jetpack that allows players to accelerate in any direction while on the ground. Several useful items can be immediately created in the Engineering section while others can be unlocked through research projects or projects at the Proving Ground. Players can unlock more powerful utility items in addition to the items they have in their usual inventory by purchasing them from the Atomic Shop or from seasonal Scoreboard rewards. Certain of these items can be upgraded for more effective use. Most utility items increase the combat ability of a particular character or give the player some sort of advantage in navigation. Sharpening stones, created by an Weaponsmith can boost power and Ferocity, while Maintenance Oils, crafted by the Huntsman, increase Concentration and healing power. Other useful items like Writs and Theses created by the Scribe, can be used to give players either a boost in damage or condition damage. All XCOM soldiers are capable of equipping one utility item at the beginning of the campaign. Later, an additional slot is made available by acquiring certain types of armor or by completing engineering, research or experiments in the Proving Ground.
